I hereby agree to hold harmless Commons Church and the event hosts of any liability and/or negligence stemming from any bodily injury, harm and/or death that may arise pursuant to participating in Commons events. This also includes any activities leading up to participating in outdoor and sports events and after.

I understand that participating in outdoor events such us cross-country skiing, hiking, etc is a dangerous activity and that there is risk of injury, including severe personal injury, even death, arising from these activities.

I knowingly, voluntarily, and freely assume all such risks, I understand the nature of outdoor activities an I am in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. I also agree that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the activity.

I recognize that neither the event hosts, nor any other staff from Commons Church participating in the events, is a certified teacher and accept that neither the hosts, nor anyone at Commons Church can be held responsible for any advice or instruction during the events.
