Women's Brunch

Join us for the last Women's Brunch of the season! 

When: Saturday, May 30th from 10am-12pm!
Where: Commons Church, North Hall

About:
Our brunch theme is inspired by our spring sermon series, “Acts Part One: Within Reach,” and the growth of the early church.

Enjoy a delicious brunch and meaningful conversation as we connect with one another. Following our fellowship time together, each woman will have the opportunity to decorate a cupcake succulent using buttercream and piping techniques—a creative and symbolic reminder of growth and the beauty that can flourish from small beginnings.

No skills necessary and all the materials will be provided!

Whether you’re new to Commons or a familiar face, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space here. Bring a friend and come be encouraged!

Supporting Our Community:
One of the main purposes of our gatherings is women supporting women.

At each Women’s Brunch, we collect donations for Highbanks Society, one of our valued local partners. Highbanks supports pregnant and parenting youth (ages 16–24) who wish to remain in school by providing housing, food security, parenting classes, and a strong sense of community. Approximately 80% of the families they serve are Indigenous.

You’re welcome to bring cash or use the credit/debit terminal in the upstairs lobby. If using the terminal, please place your receipt in the envelope, write your name on it, and designate “Highbanks Society.”

Additional Information:
Childcare: We do not offer formal childcare for this event; however, the nursery will be open for nursing and for children to play.
Who Can Attend: Women of all ages and stages are warmly invited.
Space: Enter through the main door and take the stairs on your left down into the kids' area, also known as North Hall. 

Come share a meal, cultivate friendships, and be inspired to grow and make a difference—right where you are, within reach.
